Terms and Conditions
What These Terms Cover
These terms apply to anyone who reads this website, which we run from South Houston, TX. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. A short phone conversation at (832) 761-4611 can still answer any questions you have.
The Site Explains, the Contract Decides
Our pages describe extended warranty and vehicle service contract options in general terms. They explain how coverage usually works, which parts such as engines, transmissions and drive axles are commonly included, and how a breakdown claim tends to move from diagnosis to repair authorization.
None of that text is a contract. What is covered, what is excluded, any waiting period and how covered repairs are paid are set only by the written agreement you review and sign. If the website and your contract ever differ, the contract controls.
Quotes Given by Phone
A free quote over the phone is based on what you tell us about the vehicle, such as make, model, mileage and condition. If those details turn out to be different, the price or the plan available to you can change. Nothing is final until you have the written terms in hand and choose to accept them.
Accuracy and Updates
We work to keep the information here correct, but plans, terms and repair costs change over time. We may edit, add or remove content without notice, and we do not promise that every page is complete or current on the day you read it.
How You May Use the Site
You may read and share our pages for personal, noncommercial purposes. Please do not copy the content for resale, try to interfere with how the site runs, or use it for anything unlawful. The text, layout and graphics belong to us or are used with permission.
Limits on Our Responsibility
The site is provided as is. We are not responsible for losses that come from relying on general website content instead of your signed contract, or from outages and errors outside our reasonable control. Some protections under Texas law cannot be waived, and these terms do not try to remove them.
Governing Law and Questions
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. We may revise them from time to time, and the version posted here is the one in effect. The phone is the only way to reach us, so if anything on this page is unclear, we are glad to walk you through it at (832) 761-4611.
