Vehicle Service Contracts for South Houston Drivers and Nearby Towns
We help drivers compare extended warranty and vehicle service contract options by phone, by video or at our office. You learn what each plan covers, what it excludes and how a claim works at the repair shop, before you sign anything.

Where We Work and How We Meet You
Our office is in South Houston, and most of our customers live and drive within a short trip of it. We regularly talk with drivers from Pasadena, Galena Park, Jacinto City, Deer Park and La Porte, as well as Pearland, Friendswood and League City to the south. Drivers in Cloverleaf and Channelview call us too. Because the conversation happens by phone or video, distance rarely matters. You can read us the mileage off the dash and the VIN off the door jamb, and we can start comparing plans.
What we sell covers mechanical breakdown, not crash damage. A vehicle service contract pays for covered repairs when a listed part fails, such as a water pump, a transmission valve body or an A/C compressor. We walk you through which parts are listed, how the repair shop gets a claim authorized and what you should photograph or keep if something goes wrong.

What Driving Around Here Does to a Vehicle
Summer heat and the cooling system
Long stretches of high temperatures put steady load on radiators, thermostats, water pumps and A/C compressors. Rubber hoses and belts harden faster in heat. When we compare plans, we check whether the cooling and air conditioning components you depend on are named in the coverage, since some lower tiers leave A/C out entirely.
Heavy rain and street flooding
Gulf storms can leave water standing on roads across the area. Service contracts generally exclude damage from flooding or other outside causes, because they cover parts that fail on their own. We explain that line clearly so you are not surprised, and we point out where your regular auto policy is the place to look instead.
Commute miles and stop-and-go traffic
Freeway commutes and crawling traffic add miles quickly and work the transmission, torque converter and engine mounts hard. Higher mileage moves the price of a plan and can affect which plans a vehicle qualifies for. We look at your odometer reading and driving pattern so the term length fits how you actually use the vehicle.
Claims at the repair shop
Most plans require the shop to call the contract administrator for authorization before a teardown starts. We tell you what to keep on hand, such as oil change receipts and photos of warning lights, because maintenance records are often requested when a claim is reviewed. Wear items like brake pads and wiper blades are usually not covered, and we say so up front.
Talk Through Your Coverage Options
Tell us the year, make, model and mileage of your vehicle, and we will lay out the plans it qualifies for and what each one covers. Flexible payment options are available, so you can look at monthly payments that fit your budget.
